i told you... 3 way handshake, cas vin, dme vin, fsc vin, if only one of them is not ok, no power. I suggest you to flash correct software 8621204 (0089SU0H810BRMR10), i have done a file based on actual wrong software, try it.

is not not vin related i told you many times... Vin in fsc must be same in ecu and same in cas and in ecu must be correct sw.

flash this sw 7636678 without fsc and tune it or flash this 8621204 and find someone who creates fsc 8E for your new vin, paying is not a solution. Your actual SW is wrong.
