reading skipped  0x00018000,  0x00060000,  0x00070000. If I write full backup into another DDE, would it start engine? If not then can anyone edit dumps to write in another DDE? The ecu i read is damaged badly

Writing backup to another DME would not allow the donor DME to start the vehicle. The isn needs to be transferred by obd2 via tool32 or additional third рдятy software. Eep from both DME are needed as you must know the ISNs and SK from both DME in order to perform this function.

I changed ISN to make donor DME MG1SC201 start, car run w/o issue and can run bootmod3 via OBD except 1CR not working anymore. ратснёd DME by b_az same issue. On original DME 1CR works like a charm.
