I copy the dardll activation_3GH.zip files onto the SDcard.
It contains 2 folders and 2 files .sh.

Help ....

You have to unzip the files and then copu to the SD Card in the main folder.

That's is what i did ...

The sdcard contains 2 .SH files and 2 folders in the root of the SDcard.

But nothing happen in the car when i insert it in the SD1 or SD2 ..

I had similar problem when i instaled my maps. Few things: 1) wait for full load mmi - wait 5 min longer than you think its ok. 2) change card, maybe use sd card, not microsd with adapter 3) be sure card is properly formated

Finally I have managed to solve the problems that I have had and I want to share them with this forum thanking the help I have received.

As I was told, by installing the trigger before the map, something was unconfigured. With the following attempts to install maps, delete maps, delete partition and re-install maps, all I got was to lose access to jukebox, CD, DVD and SD (although I did read this card for loading maps and firmware).

Helped by friends of this forum, manuals that are online and users of the forum audispor-iberica (Spain) I found the solution:

1.- Install firmware (Hnav_00257_EU_6_D1) through the green menu as emergency firmware.
2.- Reinstall the same firmware (Hnav_00257_EU_6_D1) in the traditional way (Setup + return).
3.- Install maps
4.- Install activator

And finally, running at 100%.

That said, thank you very much to everyone and I hope it will serve somebody.

Good news !!!! I finally succedded in activate my map onto MMI 3G HIGH.

I used the first actvator ... Not the one modified by Darkdll ... Does not undertand why this one does not work on my car.

Thank you very much Dear Marcin.
Your way is olso the one when something has gone wrong.
I was not patient and done things too fast.
Only the way through emergency update was ok and help me properly install new database.
Important thing is to be patien during all the process.
In my A8 D4 deleting old maps took about 50 minutes, partiting 30 minutes, udatinng new maps 2-3 hours (I went sleep). It was not necessary to install new or old aktivator. System still remember old one.

I also answered myself

What I did :

- run script to enable Emergency Update on K0900
- force Emergency Update with K0900
- install K0942
- delete nav database and nav partition and install new maps 6.24.2
- activated maps with same activator as for K0900 and 6.22.4
- reinstall K0942 (install GEMMI etc.)
- delete fault 03623 with same script as for K0900 and 6.22.4

Everything is working and no faults in 5F.

Below I posted a script I use to enable Emergency Update in K0900
