Thanks for trying to fix the issue. 
I followed all the steps you suggested (attach screen). 
Activation fails. I attached the key that I see now. Maybe you need to regenerate the license key? 
I put the key again...

Nothing changed. What is the problem? License not accept, or looping ask license? Work older ISTA?
