XZBMW  Bench coding CAS and Kombi
Hi All,

I have a working bench setup for the e9x and have a CAS, elv, key, Kombi and JBR.

All are connected together and i can see the aif in inpa and see the modules.

I can use NSC expert to code both the CAS and the JBR, and i could code the kombi, but when i try and code the kombi up now i get a "coding is faulty" and an error code or 2063. the man file is 9k and the trc file goes to 236k (after a code fail)????.

even a read file from the kombi loaded straight back on to the kombi does not work and it has no changes!!! i cant even default the kombi...

I'm running a K D-can lead (the clear one) and a datum set of v57 (i have 60 and 62 as well), i also have winkftp loaded and have imported the daten files, I can even update the firmware on the kombi, but not code it???

I can't code the CAS as i get a coms error when i remove the key (but still have the power on).

I want to change the vin on the CAS and the kombi and when i use tool32 i get the okay when i "code" the aif_shreiben, but the vin stays the same in both the CAS and the kombi.

I've been trying for two days solid to try and change the vin and have read loads of web pages on the web, but i can not find a workable tool32 guide.

Its driving me mad! lol

Can anyone offer an ideas as to why i cant change the vin in the cas and the kombi

and

why i can now no longer code the kombi via NSCexpert.

Cheers
