I got some problems with ETK (07/2019) recently with transbase error during an update, so i decided to make a fresh install by removing the program through the Windows / Control Panel / Uninstall program but unfortunaltely it not solve the issue. Always, after a new try it failed.
So after several attempts, instead of removing the failed ETK with windows, i remove ETK with the Setup.exe. Clicking on Setup.exe, i got a window with Modify, Repair or Remove, I select Remove and it completely remove ETK. And next, i click again on Setup.exe to install ETK and it worked perfectly. I hope it could help. |
