I had XP on VirtualBox too, but i faced problems using it too. Sometimes i could not redirect USB device to vitrual PC. Now i made lite version of Windows 10 (removing all not necessary features with NTLite) using build before updates, that killed GDS. I made a virtual on VMWare player (free for personal use), now it works OK. My notebook has enough hardware resources for it. I will move other Diag soft to this virtual as well.
But i don't like the idea of using virtuals in general, that would be not necessary if GDS worked like before. |
