Flashing some modules with kdcan is very risky. You can try to get a hold of an ICOM and flash it with that.

Unfortunately I don't have access to icom but worst case scenario that's my only option... I've ordered a bimmergeek pro dcan cable before this happened and it's on its way. I'll try with this first once it arrives. One thing I don't understand is, acc program data is even smaller than LDM how comes it takes way longer. They are both on PT-CAN

The modded bimmergeek cable will sort it.
It's well known it brick some modules, I bricked my gear stick doing the SAT retrofit and ended up flashing my existing DCAN. Then I got an ICOM from BMW so it doesn't happen again.
