RE: N47 exhaust gas temp sensor before dpf -40
Hello.
1. The temperature sensor in front of the particulate filter cannot have negative values. Otherwise, the regeneration of the particulate filter will not work. Either the sensor is faulty, or the wiring to the sensor. 2. In your case, there is one temperature sensor in front of the catalyst. It works right for you! You do not have a temperature sensor in front of the particulate filter, so ISTA shows a negative value. You have only three sensors and they are all in front of the catalyst. 1.Exhaust gas backpressure sensor to determine the filter load in driving mode. 2. Lambda probe in front of the oxidation catalyst to measure the excess air ratio. 3.Temperature sensor in front of the catalyst. The following levels of integration are required: 325d: E89x-09-12-512 or higher 525d: E89x-09-12-512 or higher If my post helped you hit the thanks and reputation button. Thank you. |
