Yes its an used Kombi, but the cluster was functioning without any issue.
I dont know what happened then.

Did you try doing some svt target calculations in order to check if you could make the HWEL portion of the KOMBI match (shown in black)?
If not go to the TAL calculation tab in comfort mode. Read out FA and current SVT. Then make svt target calculation by using the oldest shipment I-step you might expect to contain programming data for a 6WA kombi and check if there is only one HWEL in black. If there are 2 in red, select the next newer shipment I-step and do another calculation. Keep repeating the process until HWEL is in black. Once HWEL is in black you can do a TAL calculation and proceed with the flash. Make sure you only flash the KOMBI with your modified SVT target and if possible i usually prefer to not write the modified FA to the VCM and have turned those options off in E-sys but really it’s your choice. If after going through all the shipment I-steps you cannot get the HWEL to match then you can be pretty certain that cluster comes from another model.

Hello all,

Yesterday I was coding a F22 M240i and i got an extrange issue with the retrofited 6WA cluster.
I have to mention that I didnt code the cluster, just Fem body, HU entrynav.

Following the issue description:
When the car is powered off, the cluster stay on and does not shows the 240i Logo.
The cluster turns off and shows the 240i logo once the door is open.

The normal behavior of the cluster, should be on this way:
Once the car is turned off, the light of the cluster must turned off and the 240i logo should appear

Im enclosing the ncd of the kombi

it is normal. it shows logo after opening the door

if you like lo show it all the time - code mpm_enable in kombi
