Hi Guys, did F11 ACC retrofit, which worked for a bit untill new winsdcreen installed by owner. Now there is error.
On idrive: Front end collision warning and Cruise control restricted.
On diagnostics:  4827BF INTERFACE ACC

I tried removed kafas, and cleaned it and widnscreen, i also tried calibrating in ista and taken for a drive, but error comes back. 

Any ideas?

Was working for few weeks with kafas just lossely mounted to windcscreen. 

Acc radar works, stop/go works but not turning/ kafas functionality like HBA also not working.

Information from partner control units is indispensable for the function of the Integrated Chassis Management. The fault code entry is made when the relevant partner control unit (the interface to the Integrated Chassis Management) transmits a substitute value or an identification for the invalidity instead of the required information. In this case, a fault code entry should be made in the relevant partner control unit.

So question WHAT fault you have in KAFAS. And are FIRMWARE VERSIONS the same on both units???

Please check FSCs of KAFAS 0x5D, maybe ISTA has killed FSCs, if there have been in none or just fake ones.

Yes istep all matches as i flashed whole car. 
No faults in KAFAS, just in ICM and ACC

ECU: FRR_10 - Active cruise control
48210D -> ACC Premium functional limitation - interface KAFAS

ECU: ICM_25 - Integrated chassis management
48278F -> ICM information: Camera-based driver support systems camera

ECU: SZL_01 - Switch centre, steering column
030490 -> Steering wheel electronics module (LRE): Missing LIN slave

Please check FSCs of KAFAS 0x5D, maybe ISTA has killed FSCs, if there have been in none or just fake ones.

ACC only SA5DF don't need KAFAS2 with any FSC.
PREMIUM ACC SA5AT need 0xBE and 0xBF.

I think you have coded 5AR and dont have "hands on detection" on your steering wheel.

I think you have coded 5AR and dont have "hands on detection" on your steering wheel.

5DF is coded but that gave me full works -> it kept car in lane, self turning etc so not sure what the difference is

You don't have any FSC's in your KAFAS2. Without this you can't "... it kept car in lane, self turning etc..."

I believe they must have been cleared by someone who fitted windscreen after i did the retrofit.

With normal tools you can't clear.
Only 0x7E was available but now rejected. It is not the right one for your car.
You have bought the fsc's for your retrofit?

no just fitted the kafas, never upgraded any fscs, and was working for a few days when i was testing.
