@batje your advice helped thank you. anyway I got another problem. I have only 2 I-steps choice in I-step target. Both are for different hwel that I have in EGS so I cant calculate correct svt. How can I change I-step target to get the proper one that will match hwel of egs?

Normally you should only have 1 target i-step to select and that would be the I-Level available for your vehicle in your PSdZdata.
What you can try is before you calculate TAL but after generating SVT target press the ‘HW-ID’s from SVTactual’ button. That should make E-Sys respect the HWEL and calculate a target based on the HW id instead of the shipment i-step.

If that does not work change shipment I-step and calculate SVT target again. Keep repeating this with different shipment I-steps until all hw and sw for your EGS matches up.

thanks for helping! Anyway I figured out by myself in the meantime I did exactly the same as you writing batje. I calculated SVT with random older i-step with correct hwel for egs and then calculated new tal. Then sucessfuly flashed egs to the newest i-step. After that cgdi finaly recognized the egs sw version and cleared isn. All ok and working, gearbox is shifting.

@rocketsurgeon: unfortunately it doesnt. I have icom a2 but it will do nothing with the egs in case the software is corrupted. For ista it is in state "canceled during flashing". And it also doesnt want to do anything with it till egs have different vin. Esys is the only way.
