No, because VNCI dynamically changes available versions for users.

VNCI WU (developer) has explained few posts before:
usually one version is latest stable and other two are test versions for internal VNCI purpose.

Currently 1.1.7.5 is latest stable version.
You can downgrade your interface to 1.1.7.5 or stay so far on 1.1.7.9, this version doesn't use TLS as Justdiag wrote.

IMHO they should allow ALL versions to be available, so let users choose self which version wants to run.


You can use each version of firmware, and you can choose to use a specific version of firmware yourself.

As a side joke.....since it is a democracy you can download in your device any version of firmware but as there is always a "but". Since democracy it is understood wrong you can choose only from the 3 versions available smile

Mate this is the same 2.8.1.19 that was shared years ago on rac.de when their website was still open for downloads. This is not version 3.

A friend of mine reported a problem using the red VNCI 6154A with 1.1.7.5 FW that he cannot release the rear brakes on a Golf 8 MY2022.  OS is 23.0.1 with PS 3350, I've installed it for him.
I was just told this, I don't have more detailed info but will try to get it...
