RE: Disable active steering e91
Show the error you get and describe in detail everything you did.

So I’ve deleted 217, fa write CAS and LMA, Basic coded all ecus since I wasn’t sure which I have to code. Then swapped DSc sensor under the carpet and did an ldm and steering angle reset which worked. Disconnected the Afs ecu and that is. Now it tells me I have the wrong DSc sensor. So I guess the car somehow still thinks it has afs |

RE: Disable active steering e91
I'm pretty sure your need to make your dsc_70 (never provided which dsc is there, so had to determine based on fault codes) relearn variants/environment.
First, I would try to code DSC AFTER you made changes to the car. That may help. If not, you could look for some variant reset/relearn or DSC adaptations reset in ISTA. Or go directly to tool32. In there jobs called laengsbeschleunigung_dsc_abgleichen, reset_sensorcluster_mm3_x, ident_sensorcluster_mm3_x sound relevant. |

So ive coded the DSC again with Ista/p and did the jobs in tool32. is it possible that the dsc sensor is wrong ? current error attached. |

RE: Disable active steering e91
All those additional faults seem just to be the result of longer run, not something new. What were the results from those tool32 jobs? Have you tried to check if there are ABLs in ISTA for that?

Have you tried to check if there are ABLs in ISTA for that? Yes I’ve checked that, all were successful. Ista only shows communication error and to check connections or initialize flex ray. It’s definitely something wrong with “Drehratensensor” which means rotary wheel sensor. If I search for abl it tells me it’s the wrong variant of dsc sensor. Which is weird cuz it asks for one with AFS. But the car doesn’t have AFS. Maybe I have to unplug the motor on the steering rack as well. |

You installed a lateral deviation sensor without AFS, right? From what I can see, the error is for him, but I could be wrong, my German is not good. |

RE: Disable active steering e91
So ive managed to delete all errors beside "DSC CODING data wrong".
Even after coding it back to stock with 217 deleted, i get the same error. any idea ? coded with ncs and ista / p to be sure PS: I’ve managed to delete all errors. So I’ve first basic coded DSc with 217, which ended up in DSc coding data error, so I’ve manually coded the DSc for afs delete (compared TrC file) and that did the trick. All calibrations were successful. Thanks for you’re help |
