Try this detach the main battery in the boot, wait 15 mins. and reconnect it.
You don't have to detach both connections, just one will do.

Does anyone know how to remove a Carson FSC patch?
For the following scenario:

1. A long time ago a person uses the files from here and Carson patch
   
2. The person (possibly new car owner) then wants the latest version, not available here. So person takes the car to Audi and pays them the £££ this time.
   
3. Audi activates the latest maps, using the correct method. But afterwards the car is left with an error code that cannot be removed. This error code is because the car still has the Carson patch on it installed, but it is not needed anymore as the car now has a legitimate Audi activation.

2. Install new version map - Map 2015/2016 6.21.2
3. Activation (8R0060884CH NOT LAST VERSION ACTIVATOR LAST IS 8R0060884CR)

This errors should be corrected by Audi Dealer applying an SVM (Software Version Management) action on line with the Audi Server.
Only a correct SVM action with a complete parameterization on-line with Audi can erase it error

I understood that the Carson patch replaced the main .exe to expect a specific .FSC. Wouldn't a firmware upgrade and/or a map upgrade overwrite the .exe and the .FSC with original versions and therefore erase the Carson elements?

Yes correct, the system will be erased to standard, carson will be removed

I have a 2011 Audi A6 C7 with MMI 3GP and I did the firmware update in 770.
I didn't update my GPS map
I had the 03276 default and I succeeded to clear the fault with http://www.audienthusiasts.com/Applicati...Error.html
 
But after an autoscan in my VAGCOM, It has not error by the chassis number(VIN) has changed and it is strange:
VIN: RAUZZZ4BXCN031115
 
Can you help me ??

Hi, I already have 6.19.3 maps activated with Carson patch on MMI 3GP. I want update map to 6.20.4. Is it possible only inject new FSC file? Maybe by editting run.sh? Or I need to use Carson patch again and again inject FSC also with patched MMI3GApplication.

Some time ago I saw here FSC Injector or something like that but can't find it now.
