Found the solution: Only work with Vmware WorkStation (without vmware tools). NO with Virtual Box or Vmware Player.

Another question: Someone make it work by remote desktop? Hardlock error when i try.....

there is another thread for this error: it seems be related to license expired in ETKA...could be some solutions...
