Use Ista-P on a BMW motorcycle?
Is it possible to use ISTA P Loader V4.6 with K+DCAN and adapter cable for motorcycle and program a BMW motorcycle.

I always use ICOM-A with ICOM-D and it is working with Loader 4.x on motorrad

AFAIK you can't program without ICOM-D as it has a dedicated chip. Simple re-wiring doesn't help.

ISTA-D works on the K-Line bikes with a simple hard wired ICOM-D & ICOM A, the IC in the genuine ICOM-D adapts for very old models

Also Istap-P/Winkfp/ncsexper work on 2015 modells too with DIY cable ? |

Do you know someone how to flash moto with winkfp? with icom A + D? It works with ISTA-P but with winkfp I have always error

I made DIY icomd , ISTA+ work fine on 2015 S1000R, ISTAP follow tomorrow, i think ncs/kfp not suitable for later bikes, maybe esys... i will try it tomorrow

K-Line bikes like S1000 RR work with simple hardwired adapter. But on DCAN bikes the electronic inside the ICOM D plug is needed.
