Clio II 1.5Dci injector test, need suggestion about the result
Hi!
Here is the problem: Car wont start but cranking. I done a leak off test of the injector until the cranking about 15-20sec. and here is the leak off test: The 1. and 3. injectors are very different from each other. The 3. injector returns 3x more fuel than the 1. injector. The other two injectors are continuously empty. What would be the diagnosis after a leak off patter like this? I have to say the car was by a Bosch specialist service for injectors and they told the customer the injectors are fine. Thanks. |

I'm not an injector specialist, I'm an electronic engineer and I'm doing electronic repairing on vehicles, but the customer comes back to me after the Bosch service ( where they told the injectors are fine ) and screaming for help.
Should I screw out the metal tubes from injector 1 and 3 and check for clogging? Any suggestion would be great for me please. I wish to help my customer but I don't know actually how. |

To start the car, the pressure should be above 300bar. Check with clip .
if it is below, you clog the metal tubes 1 and 3 for test. The car must start. |

Search in live data the rail pressure, and see what happen in starting, when the pressure is low(under 250bar)the engine will not start. The cranking rpm must circa 250rpm,this twoo things is must be for good starting. |

Thanks very much for suggestion.
What is the process to clog the metal tube? There is high pressure over 1000 bar or I'm wrong? |
