Hi guys! after making the update with ETKA 7.5 from 1029 VW update in the program descriptions do not appear. Before these updates if they appear without any problem but after updating not appear in any brand. Anyone else happens the same. Thank you

Hi CT memebers.

I have problem with update ETKA. Updates downloaded. When i install VW - it OK.
But AUDI can't update. I must instal etka 7.5 but a have already installed. View screenshot. Anybody can help me?

You have two options. It happened to me twice when installing Etka.
Either you re-install and update not more then 5 updates at a time.
Or, try manually adding one update to see if Etka takes it. I hope this helps you.

ETKA reinstalled two time on two laptops (windows 7 x32). Nothing. The problem is still the same.

How to add manually updates?

When you re-install ETKA, you will run the update application. At the end of the update, don't click to run the update. You leave the app open and look for those files in your : C drive (where you have ETKA installed). You should be able to find it by going to:
Start: My computer, C drive, folder Etka, folder Data.
Here you will see all four manufacture.
When you open one of them, you will look for the UPDATE folder.
Copy all those update files to somewhere on you computer.
Do it for all manufacture.
Then, you reverse the steps by adding two to three update files in there at a time for each manufacture and start the update.

These are the steps I followed after installing etka for the forth time.

On windows 10 64Bits this is all i get and in taskmanager you will not find it

mfc100.dll
msvcr100.dll
msvcp100.dll
for anyone having this trouble, open task manager and end process AppleMobileDeviceService
this what resolved the message upon install, and then etka proceeded to install normally
