XZBMW  COAPI-7444 error when updating CCC-BO (E60) with ICOM A+B
Hi!

The car is a 2004 E60 with CCC-BO stuck in programming state = 7 (programming active) after failed update with ISTA/P and K+DCAN by the previous owner. fail
All others ECUs in CCC are available and work.

I can read UIF from HOST, but ident looks odd with part number like ****** and coding index is FF.

I tried to update HOST (63 addr) with the same ZBNR (9185622) from latest UIF using ICOM A1 + B connected to MOST and different modes like most_async and most_async_ab625, port 6801 and 6802, with/without bootloader update, but every time it fails with COAPI-7444 error at 2 or 6%:

[<winkfp Tool] 7444 PABD/CABD 137DLEXXL FlashDLE 2595
[<winkfp Tool] OPPS-DLE: ECU block programming no frame STEUERN_DLE_LADEN (DLE_STATUS): MISMATCH
[<winkfp Tool] 7444 Error COAPI2.CPP coapiRunCabd 6
[<winkfp Tool] OPPS-DLE: ECU block programming no frame SG_PROGRAMMIEREN
[<winkfp Tool] 7444 Error COAPIKF.CPP coapiKfProgSgD2 19
[<winkfp Tool] OPPS-DLE: ECU block programming no frame

I couldn't find any information about 7444 error, but found only one thread on the .pl forum with the same error without any answer.

I managed to restore functionality of CCC using set_end_swl job in Tool32, but CCC-BO remains in active programming state.

Any ideas? I'll try to use ISTA/P next week, but need to find a voltage control tweaker first.

What you mean "in car"? The owner is the another city, so I'm trying to update using TV and unknown ICOM smile

MOST loop looks like closed (all ECUs on MOST are available), but I did't ask about it.

Hello, did you fix it ?

I'm in the same boat after a failed flash with ISTA-P
