Gentlemen , any idea what could be the problem .

I had V4.04.12 earlier and I simply delete the folder - run Cleaner4.4 - Extracted this version with 7zip software , trying to run the new ISTA but nothing is happening at all , simply nothing is showing on screen .

I spent 2 hours now updating all those add ons and windows Plugins for windows10 64bit but still nothing , ISTA doesn't want to boot .

any hint will be highly appreciated .

First port of call is the logs. Have a look in there at the last attempt to start. If in doubt post on here.

thanks mister for your feedback , i looked at the log files and couldn't really tell the issue , something is missing but this is first time i work on such an issue , attached is the log file .

Well at least you got the "missing" part, the log clearly says: "Could not load file or assembly 'RheingoldCoreBootstrap.dll' or one of its dependencies". Check your installation...

Is there a specific path for the main folder , I always use the standalone version from this forum and never had this issue .

'RheingoldCoreBootstrap.dll' is exists in the release folder , I deleted the extracted folder again from the archive but still the same issue .

I think the problem was I hadn't unblocked the archive.

Had the same error installing this version.
Solved it by going back to basics by deleting folder, making sure all vcredist installed including the 2017 one, unblocking the archive and re-unpacking it.Then running the reg fixes.
I think the problem was I hadn't unblocked the archive.
