In my case switching to sport but not changing the gear down and keep up revs

In my case HP70 flashed to HP45 on my X4 I have severe issues and just flashed back to stock. I kept getting thrown out of gear, throwing it into neutral manually and back to drive it re engaged the gear but then got stuck in whatever gear it was in before it got thrown out of gear so I'd get stuck in 7th gear get off the highway stop at a stop light and then try to go from a dead stop in 7th gear. 0-62mph went from 4s to like 45s. Restarting the car was the only way to get it to engage a gear other than what I'd get stuck in. Gonna test the 50Z firmware later this week. Hopefully it's better than the 70.

Going to work on a custom flash for the HP45, if anyone has DAMOS files for the 50Z or 70 please PM me.

So to confirm, change type code, Build date if applicable and add VO 9XA? I've already done it successfully but did 920 as well.

Hmm, if i delete 920 i can generate Alpina as before, if i delete 9XY no Alpina tal soll possible.

Got it. Has anyone tested EDC (VDC) or EPS flashes from Alpina yet? My car with VSS and EDC is currently off the road and I lost my backup FA and SVTs so I can't test it or anything.

I've tried and, at least on my F11 (10/2010), it has a different HWEL on ICM_QL and ICM_V. So I don't think it will work. EPS haven't tried. What's VSS?
