RE: Opel edc16c9 ecu dead
How strange, killed ecu by reading
i thought the EDC16C9 was ID + write only with kess, EDC16C39 was partial data read |

RE: Opel edc16c9 ecu dead
Ecu is not possible to be killed when you read the data that is very very dificull to explain ,but when is bad checksumed the ecu can be blocked and after can be recoverd by BDM i think from my experience

RE: Opel edc16c9 ecu dead
All it needs is volatage spike at right point then dead,,,but chances are 0.0001 %
also bad tools and bad cracked sw dont help as you have no back up apart from buy new ecu. so remove ecu,,,send ecu pictures and we see if can help, maybe compononet damage inside...smd arent hard to fix. i have brought 98% of dead ecu brought to me back from DEAD i help who i want! when i want to! otherwise dont ask free stuff

RE: Opel edc16c9 ecu dead
Not shure about Opel edc16. Maybe try writing over pinout on bench. Than you won‘t have voltage issues
But not shure if you need immo Signal for writing on bench |

RE: Opel edc16c9 ecu dead
Sorry the delay but this ecu just does not communicate with ktag and galletto. i managed to write int flash with ktag engine 1.7 cdti 101 hp.with 1.9 just did not want to communicate. i sent the ecu and the car is on the street.
thx all for opinion by the way I got the original galletto and I did the job with ktag china clone |
