Try to increase all values with 1, if 0 than 1, if 5 than 6 and after rebooting all back as before and once again reboot and erase error.

Successfully updated the new 2018 maps on my car [IMG]

Friend of mine has tried to update from 6.25.3 to new map and he couldnt do it, went to update in user defined mode and he got all Aplications greyed out and cant be selected. He erased old maps and hdd partition through green menu but now he is stuck without any maps. Neither old map 6.24.2 or 6.25.3 can update. What to do now? Is downgrade to k0900 the way out or maybe emergency menu flash?

Go to Hidden Menu, - NAV - Delete Database --> after all is done reboot (automatic) --> hidden menu -- NAV- Delete Partition - a new partition is created. Wait some minutes, exit there and make a reboot.

Take the right nav update! when something is greyed out, it is possible that you try to put 3GP Maps on 3Gh or 3Gh Maps on 3GP. [/align]Also if a mac is used, there can be problems with some file permissions. please use windows.

Yes I told him the same procedure but he was trying to mark options outside of AUDI MMI ECE ? and that is the reason why he couldnt mark aplications. We have solved this at last, new map is installed but it is not activated more likely because he was downgrading firmware from k0942 to K0900 and of course marked again all the stuff in user defined mode which he shouldnt have of course (all options marked with S on the end) and now old activation (he had Vlasoff activator) isnt there anymore. He tryed to activate it but MMI is not starting activator script at all as it should after system initialization. He will try another SD card and let me know. Hear you soon!

Hello can anyone help me? im updating the maps from the 2017/2018 to 2018 version but even with the USermode enabled from the green menu i cant select nothing to UPDATE. i see just a ? on AUDI_MMI3G_ECE and even inside the folder all are set on N. send you 2 pics thank's!

Hi steven1977, enable Green Menu, go to the SWDL entry and select User Define Mode, without restarting MMI, start the update of the new map and instead choose standard installation choose User Defined, go to the item with "?" and manually check all the items contained in it except the bootloader, start update!

Nope, still no luck, probably it's due to USA eu conversion? Nothing works for this error. Got it on 6.24, 6.25.3 and 6.26.1

Change all in map folder from n to y, don't check bootloader inside map folders
