Then basic features should work.

Update version 4.10.41 with ISTA Launcher Console with the latest 4.11.22 files, then run ISTA, you will get incompatible database versions.

Now here is the trick,
Close ISTA then run the regfile from ISTA standalone 4.11.22.

Done.

Basic features should work now.

I have also strange error. It does not see database. It runs with error about database missing. But update by Launcher was successful.
Please advise ...

No yet. Will try with already updated database on torrent and see does it help.
