Yes of course. This full database from torrent does not help also. What is intresting it has all languagaes databases active. In previous installation were only active these which were infolder.

i Have the same problem: used Rheingold cleaner, I used databases from this and from torrent, but ISTA shows connection error to the databases.
Files were unblocked alreadywhen downloaded, nothing to unblock again.
Registry fixes were used, too.
ISTA can't be used at all...

U need full ista-d 4.10.41 installed with databases from ista-d 4.11.22, and apply regfix from 4.11.22, and all will work.

In FAQ I route that NetFramework 4.7.1 must be installed !!!

SQLiteDBs = database.
