Hello to all,
Can someone guide where to delete/remove some unwanted Pass Thru listed in the drop down when just start Xentry. I've added some by error and don't want to see them there !

Search by name in registry.

I CRY......, then I read in this topic, that is not posible to diagnostic on any Euro 5 or 6 cars with Passthru adapter on 32 bit system.

Hello Moldovan1, but you can try one thing to verify if works or not,,, just plug
the interface to PC and to 12v power, try to open a 204, chose Diagnostic,
and see it it goes to the point it ask for IGNITION...

With mine it does,, than try to do the same on a C205,, if it gives you the error 1.59920.1
it means that the "problem" is the same on new version, and so it means that
they only support 64bit as announced one Xentry PT page, as other member tell us.

Give a try and report... you can also check other models like i listed above on other message.

Also tell me if the 2016 version is (was) working with C205 or any other models pointed
that give error.

W211-006 from 2002, quick test on all units with VAS5054.

I´m surprise it works on pré 2004 car, now i´m looking for details
for airbag coding.

Your problem is not only with w205 but with any euro5 or euro6 car....
Try and with w213 or w222 and so on and you will have the same error,,..
Its a serious bug from daimler and this because you install on 32bit os,,...

Install the xentry passthru on 64bit and you been fine
but your actia vci if is the old yellow not supported on 64bit!!..

I have try to REVERT that "not supported on 64bit!",,, and i did it,,,,
no only for old Actia VCI but also for VAS5054.

The interfaces are recognized on Xentry, and they communicate.

And now i have all that models "euro5,, euro6" working under 64bit,
so now you know it is possible.

i'm working on installing pass thru on a fresh install of win10 x64 and i'm stuck on step 4 and 5. i've copied the x64 version of the .dll file into the correct folder wowsys64 folder and double clicked .reg file (from desktop and also tried after moving .reg file to wowsys64 folder), but xentry still says key is invalid. i've tried running the startkeycenter app too, but that gives error that application was canceled by user.

i'm missing something simple and tried to find the solution from the same issue from other members' posts...please can somebody steer me in the right direction?

differences only in these two steps.
step no 3. copy xentry missing pictures

step no 7. install 2221-45 error fix.
the file is the same with 2018-03/05, but rename it to the 2018-07 diagservice name.

Where you connected to the internet while you were adding the key?
If so, first thing to check is whether your xentry passthru software updated itself. If it has, you need to uninstall passthru and re install. Make sure you are not online when re installing. Add the key again and it should work now.

I was not connected to internet while configassist was open, but i did update add-ons before installing the key. will uninstall/reinstall passthru and try installing key before running add-ons...

update: reinstalled passthru, completed step 4 without letting add-ons update and key is still invalid. also, i've made sure to change start date in key gen to 20171201 and expiration date to far into future

update 2: same laptop, installed win7 instead of win10, passthru key was accepted.

somebody posted in this thread that they were able to install xentry on win10 x64, but maybe they installed xdos and not passthru
