Be quiet because the VIN is only down in the MMI because of the patch !!
If you replace with the non patched file, your VIN will come back but the map will be not activated that's all.
Then if you use VCDS like Audi you'll have the right VIN (of your car of course) !
You'll have only to supress the SVM error (error due to not audi update but not from the patch) easy to do with VCDS.
Finally you'll have no fault code in the VAG-COM.

For activating must i use both fsc's or only 00040007.FSC? Thanks in advance!

The previous fsc remains in the MMI so the patch contains all is needed and the 040007.fsc file of course.

Just to clarify:

I copy to the root of the sd card:

Folder sergeynik-efs-persist and efs-system folder-all the folder from the patch and in the FSC folder the file 00040007.fsc only and then put the card in the mmi? Is that what you have done and that works? If so, i will try that sunday and let you know.

I have some questions:

1. what if I will need to back to my current original map in future (because of something wrong with update or other reasons)? what shall I backup right now from my mmi?

2. as I know this solution is with traffic online support - of course based on same vin number for everyone - what will be with this if audi will find this vin and close online services for this solution? do u think is it possible and real danger?

1 You reinstall the previous map you got
2 They can't because the VIN used is a real car with a definitive chassis number ! No blacklist possible !!

In worse of case you'll have to do the official (expensive) update with your own generated fsc file (your VIN)
