Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with MPPS v16 clone with Audi A3 2.0 FSI Bosch MED9.5.10 K-Line/CAN.

I can ID the ecu but can't read, getting an error telling me to email the log file.

I'm guessing this cable is no good for this ecu, looking for verification of this and a point in the right direction.

Looking to get into this for a hobby.

Any information is welcome, tutorials, books, videos ect.

I've got a Galetto 1260 cable in the house. I will give it a go when I get home.

I only bought the MPPS v16 because it said it was compatible with the car. Does anyone know what the issue with MPPS v16 is?

Is MPPS v16 any good for other ECU's or is it a waste of money?

you need realy good power suply with any tool by this ecu..I read/write it by mpps v16,galletto v53 both can do the yob only 14 volts needed..good luck

That's me back in the house ready to give this a go. I can't seem to get the voltage up high enough. Checking it with MPPS, can't get it higher than 12.8

I'm using this to attach to the car battery to keep it charged.



How would you recommend keeping the voltage up high?

Other car running with jump leads.. not the best but it will raise voltage slightly

Cheapest eu clone entrypoint is eu mpps v18 which is fine for vag vehicles.. and yes whatever you choose you should use a decent 100 amp battery support unit.

If you go kess... then contact sellers about real eu clone ok
