Now I have four red led's on icom and this error

Do you rebort your ICOM interface after update?

Yes, I rebot on browser

When I first time update I do that on google browswer and there look that

second time when I update I do that on internet exploler browser and I give more power 12,20V and now looks that

but I still have four red led's on icom...

I don't know why but when I rebot in page to upload firmware there was no efect and I have four red led's on icom.
Only rebot on main page caused that red led's off and lights two green led's. Now test it's all ok and icom work good.

hi friends

i bought an icom next from china and tried so many things but impossible to read the vin of my car E64 LCI 635D of 07/2009... even itool radar saw the icom. i disable the firwall and antivirus i make an new perfectly clean windows 10 and same.

but it works on F serie car...then i took an originalk icom of an friend who work at bmw and it worked on my car E64 and on my computer (with the same ethernet cable and odb cable)

then i am totaly lost about what happen and how i can fix it.

do you think if i update with that firmware it can solve my problem ? i tried with other firmwares but it dosent solve my problem. i bought this icom next more than an original next and feel now so stupid.

there is no icom next clone, it is icom a2 clone which looks like next and it is a crap, that is thing you unfortunately bought

have same icom a2 clone which does not work on LCI cars like e60/70/90, but this mine works near everyday for 5 years till this error.
