?

Do i have to install both East/West after another?

Last time i updated it was
"BMW Road Map Europe NEXT 2019-1" one Package

If not work herè is lookup.xml from 16.04.2019
Include Weast and East

It is now like the CIC, you have to choose a map, both no longer fit on the hard drive.

You can install just on of them. Choose the most appropriate for you
