With ICOM it refuses for me to store SIG using fstools or to set VIN.

My VIN is P353737 and replaced the broken CIC.

What can I do now?

I have the following situation:
both 1DE files, the one I read from NBT and also the one in the FSC repair set, have wrong size 432 bytes instead of 428 bytes.
So the map activation code can't be generated.
How can I solve this?

I played a little bit with the .fsc file from repair pack and was able to generate activation code for EUROPE NEXT 2019-1 map.
Can anyone confirm that the following code is correct?
