Repair Kits do not contain any .bin files.  We are talking about standalone binaries produced by HUTool, typically for patching Head Unit and loading FSC Codes.

4.15.xx is switchable between 0718 and 1118. After that 4.16 moved to 0319 and 1118, which is no longer suitable. Am I wrong?

.bin locking began in F0xx-18-11-xxx.

4.15.xx and 4.14.xx = F0xx-18-11-xxx, so this is .bin locked.

You need v.4.13.44, which is F0xx-18-07-xxx, and last I-Step without .bin locking.

I'm not sure.  I don't recall what the secondary I-Step on 4.15.xx is.  I am speaking only of the Primary I-Step.
