ConfigAssist accept the long key but when I lunch XENTRY Diagnosis Simulation the screen will popup 2221-45 error

Environment: VM(Windows 10 1809) +  Xentry OpenShell 2019.09

Have you tried with the firewall and defender disabled?

After disabling the firewall and defender, the result is the same,  2221-45 error popup.
If I apply 2221-45 patch, program can be lunched but new error 3.91 coming soon.

Step1: I didn't disable UAC

Step3: Done
Step4A: Done
Step4B: Done
Step5B: Done
Step6: Ignore
Step7~10:  Ignore

If you don't do 6, the key disappears from the system, do it.

Why can't you disable UAC? It could be the problem, or maybe the virtual environment BIOS (if you work in UEFI mode and protected) Consider, if we don't find a solution, virtualize W7 64 bits and try.
