ista 4.20 hang at overall vehicle test ABL-GES-AF6121BZE. Cannot go through the process. But 4.19.40 worked flawless

What are you talking about? Quite a few got full torrent and they are seeding. The issue is with your system, the full torrent is available although the speed is quite slow ATM.
