I could not find your CAFD in my ARCHIVE but I got one from 19-07.

So for disabling shutters:
-till build date 07/20 it will stay in S15A: Change param "AKKS" (AktiveKühlKlappenSteuerung - Actїvёc0olingFlapControl) to 0x01 which means shutters only on top (0x00 is for no flaps, 0x02 is for top&bottom and 0x03 is not used)

-beginning with build date 07/20 it will move to S18A: Parameters will be divided and there will be one for
--"LKS_OBEN" which means LüftungsKlappenSteuerung_Oben or AirFlapControl_Top
--"LKS_UNTEN" which means LüftungsKlappenSteuerung_Unten or AirFlapControl_Bottom
Both can only be enabled or disabled (0x01 or 0x00)

So this works for me and thank you!

With your coding, I was able to keep my shutters open. It does pop 1 code but BMW deems it an "ERRONEOUS FAULT" that will not cause an engine light. You can read about it below.

I am working on trying to figure out if we can get rid of the code all together but for now a code that doesn't pop an engine light and I can clear or set back at anytime is ok in my book. 
Do you by any chance know how to get rid of the code permanently? Thanks!

Do you know the coding necessary to completely remove the bottom active shutters on F30 LCI? (replacing the wind deflector with one without shutters)

Today ,in G30 550i USA,2020year.Soft in DME is from 23 year.I changed AKKS wert02,LKS unten wert00,but i still error radiator blind lower.
It's possible coding out only one shutter in car after 2020 year?

Now i changed AKKS wert00,LKS_unten wert00,LKS_oben wert00,,,disconected two shutter,,,coded two DME12 and DME13,but still I have error for two blind

I connected two working blinds, upper and lower. Coding, blinds off. Errors deleted and blinds work. So, coding cannot turn off blinds in G30 from 2020.
