Same happens to me with K1600 Bagger, after almost a week I have give it up, it was not possible to connect.
On other bikes no problem...

This will be the first BMW vehicle with esys protection that i know.
I have tried with china Icom a2, with genuine icom next, china icom d, genuine icom d, both icoms are with different firmware versions. Ista works perfectly every time, but esys- not.
Only thing that i didnt try was different esys version. That will be next

I decided to write a small guide how to connect ICOM to Esys for Moto and explain the simple things:

ICOM must be switched to Motorrad mode (other words open ENET port 52410 dedicated for moto) and ISTA does it when initiates first connection with motorbike. Many of you use ISTA first for that then close ISTA and connect by esys. It takes time frankly due to long ISTA start.

To execute command what ISTA does in fast way you need to use Tool32 and open OPPS.prg but NOT from usual EDIABAS folder (C:\\Ediabas or C:\\EC-APPS\EDIABAS), find it in ISTA folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\BMW\ISPI\TRIC\ISTA\Ecu. OPPS.prg from ISTA folder is different from usual Ediabas setup.

So find the job "steuern_canbridge_status", argument "ON", execute. Then connect by ESYS.

Hello, nice to find this topic, did you found out any cheet code?
I managed to change on 2021- S1000RR , vehicle image, DRL activation . i think there is some also but dont remember exactly. Bike isnt mine, one friend of mine has it. I also updated it to 23-07 ilevel. (if anyone need coding i did, let me know and i'll pm you).

I was looking how to change from 14000 rpm to 16000 rpm, also looking for media in pro race.. but didnt managed to find it.

About icom i connect sometimes really fast, but sometimes it take some time.. icom/ethernet connection i presume is ok.

Any tips?
