XZBMW  BMW X5 E70 SOS Malfunction Error
Hello,

Does anybody know what I need to code on the above vehicle to remove the SOS failure/malfunction error?

I have ed this and it is not working.  was able to code the Kombi and FZD but there is no CCC/CIC option in the "process Ecu" dialog box. Also would I need to VO code the TCU?

Hi,
Car is E70 2013 with EVO/ATM retrofit, same "SOS Error"
Tried :
add +TELD to FA, write FA CAS/FRM, code CAS/FRM/KOMBI/FZD
add -TELD to FA, write FA CAS/FRM, code CAS/FRM/KOMBI/FZD
delete $612, write FA CAS/FRM, code CAS/FRM/KOMBI/FZD
> No succes.
Can't find TCM_ALIVE_MONITOR and TCM_ID_MONITOR in kombi .man file sad
FA for EVO doesn't have $612
Who can help to remove this sos error ?

Give me your car VIN to tell you what options has to be removed from FA. It does not work only by adding +TELD.

612 BMW Assist
614 Internet preparation

615 Extended BMW Online Information
616 BMW Online

6AA BMW TeleServices
6AB Control, Teleservices

Add (if you haven`t yet) +TELD and code KOMBI, CIC and MEDIA or TCU.

Don`t worry non of above options can be used nova days smile
