Have you coded hu with F10 and build date >7/13 and open up all Flexray ports with TOOL32 than you can see ICM. Also can help to reset/restart ZGW with ISTA.

Not sure now what build date is the hu coded now. Will make sure it is 0713. Did reset restart zgw several time with ista actually after made flexray initializing lost communication with icm.

Nope, need to use Tool32 to open ports.

Open Tool32 and open the zgw.prg

Search for job named "status_flexray_pfad"


With that job you can check which pfads are active on the flexray.


After that you need to manually open them with steuern_flexray_pfad


The right command to open ports are 0x01;0x01, where the first 01 indicates port number, so for port 2 would be - 0x02;0x01 and etc.

Normally with right vo in ZGW (VCM), ZGW Open up the right FlexRay ports byselve. Also FlexRay init/learn do this. I have used tool32 for this.
With tool32 you can check the open ports and open all of them for testing. Then you see whether the ICM answers.

Will the right vo be build date 1211 or 0712?

Leave your cars build date in vo (vcm) untouched original 1211 all time.
Only use special VO for coding like NBT EVO or other retrofit for which it is necessary. Then only code right ecu.
Don’t tick ESYS options “VCM and MSM update” for coding with other vo and build date!!!!
Many make this mistake.

I used tool32 asume I did it right. See screenshots please. Still same problem. Can see ICM, DSC in ISTA and e-sys. when I make flexray ini. then loss communication on flexray.
