RE: BMW f10 no air coming through vents
Did you check with ISTA faults, and Activate actuators for flaps?

RE: BMW f10 no air coming through vents
First you did not specify the car options: whether it has automatic climate control or not.
However given both fresh air and recirculated air flaps are not responding you might want to check connector X01001 which goes to both of them. Which you also could have disconnected and not reconnected while changing fan? But really if you want to fix your car you should get ISTA so you have component locations, wiring diagram, etc. |

RE: BMW f10 no air coming through vents
Are you telling that front flaps work even though you have faults that positions are not achieved? Are those faults current or history?

RE: BMW f10 no air coming through vents
This is not rocket science. To get air inside you need:
1. Somewhere to get air in. 2. Fan to blow it. 3. Somewhere to put air out. So you tell inlet flaps are working, air should get it. You also told fan is working so something is blowing it. So last are air vents and output flaps. Are air vents open? If you actuate output flaps can those be heard to move? If yes then either something is blocking air. Dirty filters? I have never seen them so dirty that they would block air completely. They should be like cemented or something. Otherwise you have something like a rag inside which blocks the air. |

Check the fuse first, then see if you want to program
