ISTA use the internal KIS database, for ISTA your car is from 2019 and can’t have 6WB. This is the problem. If you edit your VO to 03/2020 the Kombi is ok for ISTA but many, many other ecu‘s not.
Retrofits that depend on the build date are a problem.
For ESYS is also a problem but you can handle this manually.

That is PERFECTLY normal!!! Some of your modules are just too old and were no longer fitted in 2020. Hence user_530d already said to you that in order to flash your car you will need some manual work. Flash whole car EXCEPT kombi using 2019 time criteria. And then flash kombi ONLY using 2020 time criteria.

I guess i can live with the cluster since there are no problems.
What about the other things except the cluster ISTA asks for?
For example HU-B.

Normal things on ISTA operation plan. ISTA will do this automatical for you.

You can't execute measures plan without suitable cluster hardware.
Finally forget ISTA for flashing.

BTW: if you see update for DME it will overwrite the map. If no update for DME then you will keep remap.

If production date changed through E-Sys and the new one is 03-2020?

I mean production date not I-Level date.
