Do not delete 6NR from your FA so your HWEL will remain the same

So I took the original FA and deleted everything with 6xx. Left 609 and 6NR and recalculated. The HWEL is suitable but there are also errors here. ESYS flashes FLSL to 100% on screen IOCPOWER goes to 61% then to 62% and then to 100% and then it starts again at 0% and goes to 61%.
I think to save the whole thing you would have to rewrite the bootloader. But I don't have any equipment to reprogram Jacinto Chip.
Also don't know if you can do something with putty and serial or if you can write to the NBT. I don't know enough here.
I have unpacked the FLSL, can it be sent to the NBT via Putty or QNX?
Or is there an area in the NBT where you can call so that the bootloader can be saved?

I've been dealing with NBTs for past few weeks, I think HWEL is the matter of Build Date, if shipment build date change, the HWEL will calculate differently..

have you tried to flash it with UDS Protocol? it will take a long time, but mostly succeeds.
also try to check your NBT hard drive, dead hard drive matters when flashing the NBT.

Can this Jacinto chip be reprogrammed on the board? Or does this chip have to be desoldered?

Can't find a data sheet for this Jacinto chip either, only from Jacinto 7 and brand Texas Instruments.
And what do you need here for a programming device?

NBT is no longer accessible in ESYS for me and also no longer via Putty. The fan no longer runs either. It controls the hard drive and DVD drive and a red light lights up on the circuit board.

You will need to program GL512 flash (it's next to jacinto). This is 13x11mm BGA64 memory. However I don't think you'll find a dump to it and I don't have such dump either, but I'll try to figure out something. Send me PM

I have sets .bin file of GL512. but it came from different chipsets..
there are LMQ, LYN, SanDisk and Alpine.

in order to know which chipsets, you must teardown your NBT.
I am still learning how to repair NBT, I have NBT Bench, tool to repair Mega 169P chip and tool to read EMMC file. if you need file to flash it, just sent me PM. I will try to help.

What can you recommend me as a programming device for NBT / NBT EVO BGA chip? And what else do I need?

I only have a hot air gun to desolder this BGA chip.
I need a BGA stencil, infrared station, flux and solder balls.
