Fitted 6HP28 into E61 525D 145kW. worked fine.  transmission was with 2TB option so needed to flash it without 2TB cause sport mode did not worked. Fired up winkfp, selected proper ZUSB, and after 5-6% got SECURITY access denied error. Using original icom next.
What have i tried:

• disconnect battery
  
• leave iginiton on for few hours
  
• different zusb
  

always fails on 5-6%. EGS is in programing abort mode.

ISTA-P refused to work, although did not try second time with it.
Battery maintainer connected

maybe try older datens? not sure how to proceed.

if the tcu is not from e60 you will not flash it in different chassis very likely. Had that problem with 6hp26 e53->e60 I took the tcu back to e53, flashed there with proper flash I needed (kfp throws error when at 100% but all ok as there are communication differences between the cars) put back to e60 and code it. All good.

Update:
EGS is from UK spec E60 6HP28 HW 7591972
____ANGEL___ looked and came to conclusion that password is different. so maybe xHP was installed (no D1 D2 etc. was visible in dash)
tried xHP emergency flash, ant EGS was alive, but WinKFP was failing after that as well, so left it after emergency flash, car runs fine.
