A friend who shares coding with me bought a used computer this time.
There is ista installed, but the person who sold the computer didn't give me a license.
So there is no way to use ista.
As of 4.37.20, a new license is required,
license please.

My friend doesn't know how to use overseas sites, so please ask instead.
hope you understand.
