Here's two steps to try from a software architect perspective:
- Check the audio settings on your phone to ensure that the volume is turned up and that the phone is set to output audio through the correct device (e.g., the car's Bluetooth system). On Android, ensure it is used as a media device as well, not just for calls in the settings. - You may need to delete the pairing and re-pair the phone to the car. |

Had got similar issue after wrong amplifier settings in HU coding. Code it to default settings first.
