SVCI 6154A vs VCX NANO 6154A vs VAS6154A clone vs VAS5054A
The purpose of this topic is to make a comparison which is the best solution for replacement of original vas6154a, of course we all know that the best solution is original vas6154a.
I will share what I know and have gathered as information! Please also share your opinion about the products. Svci 6154a - - works up to Odis version 9 according to some users it is possible to fix it to work with version 10 as well, but no information how its possible. - works with an online account - works stable with version 9 - price about 200 euros with delivery from China, I have not found a store from Ali Express that sells it with delivery from Europe. Vcx nano 6154a - work stable with version 9 works great with diagnostics and programming. So far, I have not met a user to write that he works with version 10. From the official VCX store they answered me that they are working on drivers to work with version 10, but no information when they were been ready... - works with an online account - Price about 90 euros with delivery from Europe via Ali Express Vas6154a clone - there are two versions on the market and both are available through Europe One version is old and 1.6.6. on firmware can work with Porsche program Piwis The second version 1.8.9. the firmware can be update and work with odis, I have no information up to which version it works correctly. -works with an online account - price around 90 euros can be dilivery from Europe Vas 5054a clone -works great up to version 7.2.1 -works with an online account - price about 150 euros with delivery from Europe Vas 6154a - ORIGINAL Prices are officially by official service/dealer in Europe Dealer price 1000 euros with full discount Price client around 1250-1400 euro without discount Personally, I was ordered VCX NANO because i have some good communication with the official store, also i was watched good reviews for it in YouTube, but I may switch to another device that can work with version 10 Odis. Please write your opinion with devices? |

Let's be clear, clones as already proved by users in forum do work in passthru mode on OS 10 , OS 11, OE 15 and OE16 just that it is not emulated the original device as before.

In my opinion and experience, the best interface is the SVCI 6154a, verry fast and stable, compatible whit Odis S 7,9,10,11 and Odis E, 12,14, at moment.

What firmware do you have on it? Because mine is really unstable and dropping connection all the time (on wifi an also on USB). If my post helps, give Reputation and Thanks

Honest all chinese inventions, because these are not clones (copy of an original) not even one of them, all are unstable + all lack proper support and implementation into ODIS for short or long term. Are you willing to flash car modules with such tools knowing that at any point u can brick them?
I would rather buy a proper passthru tool and use that to do my job instead on using an unproper emulation... that works or does not work. If you think i helped you please do take 1 second and press THANKS button

RE: SVCI 6154A vs VCX NANO 6154A vs VAS6154A clone vs VAS5054A
But with the VXDIAG VCX NANO cable and the Odis 9.1.0 version it is possible to unlock the ECUs from the CP, given the new online protocols of 2023, has anyone already tried, or do you need at least the Odis 10 version ? thank you
