I made a new fresh install of win with new install of ista 4.37.4X from here. I hope it should be ok now. 

Username and email in ista should be filled or not important?

Hi buddy,

I'd like to get a license key again. Not sure what happened, maybe the BIOS update, anyway can run ISTA-D without new key. Thank you.

Nothing new in request, problem on your side. Reinstall ISTA with my installer.

Thanks @serdoy. The say "Successfully activate" but every start the license request process starts.

\edit: reinstalled with cleaned all files/registry before resolved the problem smile
