any Idea please about that fault

sorry but still the same and i notice that ISTA show 00 working hours coded the DME 
but same fault 
will try to show some pictures while try to flashing the DME

I don't understand what you are trying to achieve. according to what esys shows, you want to install mevd1724 instead of mevd172p

I think you need to modify time criteria and flash dme, and/or FDL fem with the new power class.
