is this a partial map? or full BDM? bench? eeprom?

use VCDS to disable HGB speed limiter - login number should be: 20012
I'm not in the office now, I'm away from the service computer

Have one of my colleagues do it this way:

The limit is located in flash, specifically on line 1F5870
