Hello,

I bought new original ICOM Next directly from Dealer.
When I first time connected, I wanted to do diagnostic using ISTA+ 4.39.20. Connection manager shows me "Firmware" status. I performed firmware update to 04-22-21 and reboot after that. Then i checked connection status in ITool Radar and run ISTA connection. Ista can't detect ICOM.
I noticed that, Itool Radar shows ICOM free status till I run ISTA Connection Manager. Then ISTA can't detect ICOM and ICOM in ITool Radar disappears. If I turn off ISTA's connection manager and reconnect OBD plug of ICOM, ITool Radar is showing free status again. 
Then I updated firmware to 04-23-10, but still the same, no change.
When I connect ICOM to car, SYSTEM green light is blinking, when I connect also LAN cable, SYSTEM lights green and LAN green light is blinking.
ISTA still work with ENET cable.

Maybe someone had similar problem?

in administration, you selected Dealer Org / ENET local area? make sure ICOM is configured correctly with DHCP in web manager.

Maybe an IP setting, that prevents IStA from seeing the ICOM.

in administration, you selected Dealer Org / ENET local area? make sure ICOM is configured correctly with DHCP in web manager.

"In administration you mean vehicle interface in ISTA? Then yes, it is set as "Dealer organisation ICOM/ENET local area network".

In web manager is set with DHCP, but I'm not sure if it is correct. It is my first ICOM, so I have not configured it yet. Can you look at this? Photo attached.

In windows setting, ethernet is set as IP: 169.254.1.1 and subnet mask: 255.255.0.0.

Use static IP with ICOM LAN settings.

Just don't try to flash certain ethernet units on G+ series with static IP...
